Your AGRO and BTC wallets are generated automatically on this phone. Keys remain on the device, protected using its PIN, pattern or password. No biometrics are requested. The operator does not receive your private keys and cannot recover them.

This version has no recovery or backup feature. Losing the phone, resetting it, removing its lock protection or deleting app data can permanently lose access to your funds. Your phone code protects access but cannot recover a lost wallet. Removing the wallet deletes local keys, not blockchain records or any separate legacy custodial account.

Incoming external receipts after per-asset activation are charged 1% of each confirmed output, rounded down to the smallest coin unit. Activation is recorded at the node height returned by the first successful query after acceptance; older receipts are exempt. Existing activation heights remain unchanged when these terms are updated. The incoming charge is reserved in the displayed balance until settled.

You may settle incoming charges from Receive after the deposits become spendable. The app shows the incoming charge, network fee and amount returned to your own receiving address before requesting phone authorization. This settlement pays the 1% incoming charge to treasury and returns the remainder to your wallet, less the network fee. It has no outgoing service charge. Returned funds require confirmations before becoming spendable again. Settlement is not automatic on receipt.

Sending pays the recipient the entered amount. A separate 1% outgoing service charge, rounded down to the smallest coin unit, and the network fee are added to your debit. Any unpaid incoming charge on the selected deposit inputs is settled in that same transaction. A deposit already settled is not charged again. Change and transactions signed by this app are exempt from another incoming charge.

The 1% incoming and 1% outgoing charges apply separately to both AGRO and BTC and are paid to their respective treasuries. Network fees are separate from service charges. Small charges may remain reserved until sufficient eligible deposits can be grouped or used in an outgoing payment; charges are not increased to satisfy output minimums. The operator cannot independently collect charges from user-held keys. This does not change the fee policy of a legacy custodial account.

Transactions are generally irreversible. Broadcast is not confirmation. Pending retries transmit the same signed transaction. A stopped chain cannot complete payments. No guaranteed value, returns, insurance, regulatory approval or uninterrupted availability is promised. This document does not claim a financial licence. Applicable mandatory rights remain in effect.

The AgroStore LLC, a Delaware, USA limited liability company, operates this application and its hosted services. Contact: alejandrobarakat@gmail.com. Support will never request your private keys, device PIN or a payment to investigate a support request.

Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Delaware law and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory protections applicable in your jurisdiction. To the extent legally enforceable, disputes shall be submitted to competent state or federal courts in Delaware. Consumers retain any rights to use their local courts and remedies under mandatory law.

Lawful use and risks
You must use the application lawfully and only with assets you are entitled to control. The application does not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Digital assets are not bank deposits. No market price, redemption value, liquidity, investment return or deposit insurance is guaranteed.

Responsibility and service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the application and hosted services are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Users must verify the asset, network, destination and displayed charges before authorizing a transfer.
The operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user-supplied incorrect destination, loss of device-only keys or independent blockchain failures beyond its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property and changes
Copyright 2026 The AgroStore LLC. Original application materials and brand assets are protected as applicable. Third-party software remains subject to its respective licences.
Material contractual changes will be identified in an updated notice and require acceptance where applicable law requires it. No change authorizes retroactive charges. This clarification does not change the stated fee rates, rounding rules or existing activation dates.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
