Please include your app version, phone model and a description of the issue. For transaction questions, you may include the public transaction ID. Remove sensitive information from screenshots.

Never send your private keys, recovery phrase, device PIN or password. Support will never request them or ask you to pay for assistance.

Wallet help

A pending transaction is waiting for network confirmation. If an operation times out, check its status and transaction history before attempting another payment.

Private keys are stored on your device. This version has no wallet backup or recovery feature. Do not uninstall the app or erase its data while it holds funds. Support cannot recover deleted or lost keys.

Privacy requests

Contact the email above for privacy questions or applicable data requests. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted. Never include private keys or device credentials in a request.
