AgroCoin — Privacy notice

No account, email login or biometrics are required. Private keys stay on your phone. The app uses the operating system credential prompt without receiving your PIN, pattern or password. Public wallet metadata, policy acceptance, per-asset fee activation heights, locally signed transaction IDs and pending signed transactions are stored locally. This version has no wallet backup or recovery feature.

The public service receives addresses and signed transactions. Network infrastructure may process IP addresses and connection/security logs. Bitcoin discovery and recent history queries share public addresses and transaction IDs with Blockstream's public Esplora API; funds are checked against the operator's Bitcoin node. AGRO queries use the operator's public index and node. No private keys or phone code are sent. These are network-service queries, not independent light-client proofs. Fixed address reuse reduces privacy; Bitcoin history returned here is recent rather than complete.

Camera access is used only for QR scanning. Camera images are not uploaded. This update adds no advertising or analytics. Screenshots are allowed. Removing the local wallet deletes its local keys and metadata, not public blockchain records, infrastructure records or separate legacy accounts. Without a backup, deleted keys cannot be recovered by the operator.

Requests and statutory rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, obtain portability or complain to a competent privacy authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Reasonable identity verification may be required, but never disclose private keys or your device PIN.
Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and lawful exceptions. The operator cannot erase public blockchain records or independently remove records controlled by another provider. This notice does not waive statutory rights.

Retention and international processing
Local wallet information remains on the device until removed through the application or operating system. Server and infrastructure records may remain for service operation, security, transaction reconciliation and applicable legal obligations. A fixed infrastructure-wide deletion period is not promised because it has not been verified.
Hosting and network providers may process information outside your country. Delaware incorporation does not mean that all processing occurs in the United States.

Security, age and updates
Reasonable security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee protection against every attack, device compromise or data loss. Screenshots and public addresses can disclose wallet activity to others.
The service is intended for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction.
Material changes to processing will be described in an updated notice. Consent will be requested where legally required. Existing information will not be repurposed contrary to applicable law or previously binding commitments.
